IF you cut yourself, apply some alcohol, put a towel in cold water and then put it on the cut.

Yeah, just clean it up, and make sure you don't get infected! If you really want the cut to heal quickly don't jerk it; but let's be realistic.... that's gonna be really hard(no pun intended) haha

Applying first aid like tudor96stani said would prevent infection.
Firstly you have to understand, wounds there do not heal as quickly as those you get on your arm or finger.

And it would be quite an irritant for abit, just do not go peeling the scar and let it heal naturally is the best you can do.
As for jerking, i suppose its not something that can be done without, but just do it with more caution.

If you cut yourself DO NOT put alcohol on it!!!! It will burn the hell outta it!!!! You would put peroxide on it.

Simply probably you would be in pain , don't shave is the only advice to bypass this!
