If you need any help/advice almost all staff members (including myself) have emails in our signatures. Some have IM details on their profiles and when you reach a certain number of posts you can use the private messaging system. Of course you can also rely on other members...

You can PM staff members anytime, and once you reach 100 posts, you can PM other members.
Or, like the others have said, use the IM info in people's profiles to contact them.
