my mom is abusing me

my girlfriend got kicked out of her group home today for tweaking at her staff
she asked me to see if she could sleep over at my moms house and my mom said no soo i raised my voice at her and she full out punched me she has done this before she's abit of a bitch but me and my older brother both have to put up with it........ what should i do about this situation

ummm, when a kid gets kicked out of a group home, they go to a childrens home or to juvy hall, they aren't released to the street. that's spoken from a current ward of the court.

also, if you are being abused to that extent and really want it to stop, you need to call the police. if she full on punched you, you'll have a mark, which is proof can used too have you removed from your home. also, if you attend school, a mark should be noticed and if you tell a teacher where it came from, they are mandated by law to contact the authorities and make them aware of abuse.
