Ask her if she wants to go do something with her, whether it be a movie or just hanging out. Find something that will be comfortable for both of you.

Well, if you don't really know her, then you should get to know her first. Messaging each other over facebook or some other social networking site, texting her or just something like that. But if you've already done this, then yeah, just ask her to hang out somewhere. The mall, movies, or wherever else you hang out at.
