don't body build. that's terrible advice. you will gain muscle over fat! lose weight before building muscle. anyway, protein rich diet and movement. spend time doing cardio. walk at a quick pace until you're sweating, then continue at the same pace for another 30-45 minutes. increase time weekly. don't drink soda, juice, or milk over 1%. stay away from banana's and unneeded sugar. you need multiple veggies a day. eat them for snacks. you should have protein at every meal. fruit at lunch. limit your carb intake.

keep serving size in proportion. you meat serving should not exceede the size of a deck of cards and other things approximately the size of a fist.

First off bodybuilding.com is a great source for anyone wanting to get fit/lose weight and building muscle is never a bad thing.

Secondly cardio is not necessary for fat loss at all nor do you have to avoid such foods as bananas or juice, it comes down to calories in vs. calories out.

For example i burn roughly 2500 calories a day if I'm active (there are many calculators online to find how much you burn daily) if i eat 2000 cal. every day i will have burned 3500 or 1 pound in one week.

Bananas are good for you especially after you work out, they are high in potassium and will increase your strength/stamina, please get your facts straight before posting garbage judah
