The clock is quite well done - it lacks a little contrast, but the "foggy" rendering is definitely a nice one. Just pay attention to the position of the roman numbers around - they don't seem to be regularly placed.

I agree with DearMyClosestFriend for the two others - they look flat and lack depth. Part of it comes from that although the coloring job is not bad at all, you were too shy with shadows and highlights - push contrasts between lightest and darkest places much further.

There are also anatomical issues, although they are not huge - you've got most fundamentals right on the standing guy. On that one, I'd give shoulders some rework, and make the head smaller (a quick rule-of-thumb for proportions: make legs four heads tall, the torso three heads tall and two heads wide at the shoulders).

Given that the standing guy drawing is IMHO already well-detailed and not bad at all, I'd suggest you to put a blank piece of paper on its upper part and redraw it; you'll so be able to improve it without risking damaging the original work in any way ;)
