Ok so just some questions that i need solved

Ok so as most of you know i say im immature and quite happy about it but i need to ask some questions:
First:

1.Is it ok to hang around with not younger friends but younger family(girl cousin) who is 11?

2. Im not any type of pedo but is it ok that i like to hang with younger(11-13 becuase im 14) girls one being my cousin? we all have alot of things in common since i act like a 12 year old like games on ds,an internet game and trampolines and chases games.And i think that all the girls my age are infact ugly with fake stuff and cheeky meaning the talk back to adults, try to start arguements ect

3. is it ok for me to go out with a 12 year old who HAS started puberty and stuff?


Ok next set:

1. My mum says after a kinda arguement about smoking "...well is it normal to play with people younger than you? Go find friends your own age" What can i say to her without telling her i like to hang with younger people becuase if i do my dad will moan my big adult cuz will moan ect

2. a girl outside who is 13 says "..Do you think its normal hanging with your little cousin and othres" what do i say to that? im quite shy so i cant talk back alot to like older, as i said before cheeky-er people

3.I want to be hanging with youynger people for as long as i can as in when im like 30 and having like nigyts in with friends or going out in stuff i wanna be with 25yr olds and stuff?

1.Ok well since the holidays ive moved house and none of my school "friends" know where i live and i want to keep it like this becuase my wierd school "friends" will like embarris me around my new friends and then it will be back to me bieng the one no-one cares about unless they need me so is it ok to not want my old people that i called friends away from my out-of-school-life?

I'm exactly like you, all my so called friends come to my house and I just act like I'm not here because they don't know who I am.
Me and my cuz are soo close she is 8 months younger than me we're so close.

Personally, I'd say it's fine to hang out with your cousin. I mean, if you guys are good friends, what's wrong with it?

Going out with a 12 year old? I'd wait something like 3 or 4 years, give it time.

get friends your own age in my opinion, but you're going to do what you're going to do. you tend to ask for opinions and advice, but don't really take anything to heart unless it's what you want to hear. so do whatever it is you're going to do and hope it doesn't come to a bad end.

this is a matter of opinion. if you are somewhere open and with people, i think it's fine. i don't think you should be alone with her. it's too easy for things to happen. i'm not saying you're a bad person, but things happen. she's curious, you're curious, and it could end badly. so it's good you are friends and close, just keep it safe. as you get older, things will be different. i'm 14, i hang out with my 19 year old female cousin all the time one-on-one. our ages are a big difference, but i'm able to make better decisions as well as she is.

you seriously need to attempt to make friends your own age. if you are into younger girls that's ok. and i mean 13 when i say younger. 11, no way! that's wrong. when you turn 16 and want a 14 year old, that's not so bad.

again, all matter of opinion. i'd say no. you shouldn't really even be dating. and remember, if you are both in puberty, pregnancy is possible.

tell her you'll try and make some friends your own age, because you need to. you won't ever act your age, if you stay around those mentally younger than you.

it's normal to hang with her on occasion, all the time, no way. maybe a day or so a week. if she was closer in age more.

you need friends in and out of school. just make some genuine ones. join a sports team, club, or group of some kind. friends don't have to from school.
