But abstinence would cause you to want to do it more, hence the end point would generally be more satisfying.

To not j/o for a long period of time does not necessary increase the amount of sperm in those sags, I believe that the overall amount inside them are a constant, thats replaced and replaced by the body if not ejaculated, but it does not mean its unhealty medically either.
