Hey uhh im 13/14 and my urges are driving me like crazy and i do jack off, i don't watch or look at pornography, it sometimes satisfys but what if i get it somewhere public or in the middle of the day GOT ANY TIPS?!?!?!?! Im a guy

Honestly, there's nothing much you can do but learn to deal with it.
Covering up is the next best option to a avoid this embarrassment.

These urges are going to be frequent for quite a while, until you get older.

Try to get yourself distracted over other stuff you enjoy is also a good option.

Yea I agree, just got to refocus your thoughts on something else. It should get easier to do that over time...Wish I could say it, but the urges really don't...yu just got to learn how to control them in your own way

refocus, or find a bathroom to jerk it. there's not much more you can do. the more you keep your mind/your body occupied with something else, the easier it will be.

Think about something else, although i have noticed that even this doesn't work. And if you really can't stand it then just go in a stall for five minutes and jerk off there :)
