Is there anyone out there who wants to be thinner than what they are already? Someone whose around 140-160 who wants to be between 100-110? Im 5"3, 18. I currently weight 147 and used to weigh 153. I kept looking at curvspiration and thinspiration websites tonight and wanted desperately to be as skinny at the girls, but still have a bit of curve so I won't be unattractive. I dont have an Ed, but I just want to be thin so badly. I need to drink way more green tea and I feel like I should walk about four miles instead of two a day with my dad. He's helping me but i dont think he knows how badly i want to lose, yet again im good at hiding my feelings so it may not look like i really want to. Anyways, just needed to vent.

Yeah, I sorta struggle with always wanting to get to a lower weight. But... I'm already at not such a healthy weight. I'm about your height (but 5'4") and weigh 97-99 pounds, and am terrified of gaining any weight.
It's good you're trying to lose weight in a healthy way, and that your dad is supporting you and knows your goals with this. Two miles a day is great, and I've heard green tea works pretty well too(: I'd say to just keep doing what you're doing... eat healthy (and eat enough), and exercise (but not too much). Just don't take it too far, or it has the chance of turning into another problem. Good luck with getting to your goal weight, and be sure to keep safe health-wise and don't let yourself get to too low of a weight:)

Im 14...5'4 and weight 123 lbs..I desperatly want to get thinner...like..really thin.i hate my body with a passion, ive given up on arguing when people say i've got a nice shape i just say yeah of course, whatever , thaanks. It just gets them off my back but inside im just eating myself up about being this weight/shape..used to be 130..then started doing a dvd exercise thing every day for 20 minutes (jullian michaels) that helped a ton..i then stopped..and now im starting to gain -.- urgh..

Im with yah. 123 is still too heavy for myself in my opinion. I want to look like SOME of the girls on thinspiration sites, NOT all of them.

Same i just want to loose :/ like get to under 120 at least maybe 115 :/ wud make me sorta happy :/ im 15 sorry..i always put 14 cuz i turned like a month ago -.- urgh

I'm recovering mentally from anorexia (I've gained enough weight so I'm physically ok). I'm 5'3 and 115 pounds but I really want to get down to at least 90 but I don't want to go back to feeling miserable like I did when I was at a lower weight

90? Sad to say i wudnt mid being that small :( if it looked good on me and made my boobs super smaller then i will be too happy.

Cutting junk food is great. You'll miss it for awhile, but will forget about it soon.
Please, don't ever cut meals to try and lose weight (not that you have, just in-case you ever have the thought to do this).
Just try to eat small, healthy meals throughout the day and exercise regularly, but try not to over-exercise as that can cause a whole mess of problems.
I know you want to lose the weight quickly, but you'll get there eventually.
And of course, you always have us here at VT for support if you ever feel down.
I wish you luck and hope you can reach your goal weight (hopefully it's a healthy one).
