That's your orgasm. If you get a really "crazy feeling", yeah, you just had an orgasm. Maybe you just don't produce sperm yet. Don't worry too much about it yet. When the head is very sensitive like that, that's when I stop. It feels great, but kind of is bother-some. You can continue if you can make it through it, but you don't have to. It's done doing whatever it's going to do and you should go soft soon after.

Yeah that is when you cum, you are probably just too young right now, that is why it really isn't as intense. When you start ejaculating, your orgasms will become a lot stronger. Your head does get sensitive right after orgasm, because guys have to take a small break after an orgasm before they can go again.
