So after getting my exam results today, I had a sort of freak out. It was a mix of failing 2 subjects, arguing with my mum and recent issues which you can read about in the Family and Friends forum.
I started crying to begin with, then sobbing. After a short while, I couldn't stop breathing in roughly and shallowly.
About 2 minutes into this, my arms, hands and legs start to tingle and I felt dizzy. I went into the kitchen to go outside for a walk to the beach. I just wanted to lay in the rain to calm down, but my grandparents and dad wouldn't let me.
My arms and legs were still tingling, but something else happened.
My hands were clenched into fists, but I couldn't unfold them. Well, I could slightly move my fingers with a lot of effort. My fingers were digging into the palms of my hands and kept pressing in tighter and tighter. I literally had to get my dad to unfold my hands because I couldn't do it myself.
After about 20 minutes it finally stopped, and all day since, my hands have felt tight and painful.
Can anyone help please?
