Depends on the cardigan if its a solid color it could go well with anything.
just dont wear a cardigan with a design and a shirt with overloads of color.
This is just my opinion though. Wear whatever makes you feel good about yourself.

I think if the cardigans is really long, then a solid colored tee shirt would look good. A v-neck would look good too, depending on how long the v/neck part is :P
