Hi, i am 14 and i was wondering how big my penis should be... It is abt 2.5 in soft and 5.5-6 hard... is tht normal?

There isn't a size that you 'should be'. Your current penis size is about average for adults, Adam stated that you'll grow as you get older but that's not necessarily the case.
