Some people just dribble, while others shoot. I just recently started shooting, so it may come to you! Also, try stopping and starting, it increases your... output, so to say ;)

I guess dribbling is hereditary.. Could be you ejaculate to often to have enough built up..but idk

I'm going to try it tonight, after 3 days, am I suppose to push it out, or do I just let it flow on it's on?

I'm 17 and I'm a dribbler also.. even if I wait for a few days.... I have managed to "shoot" a few times and not that far up. The delay in days does increase the "output" but thats about it.

Some people can and others can't. Depending how old you are you may be able to in the future, but it doesn't really matter either way.

Agreed. Nothing is wrong with "dribbling", everyone is different just like everyone has a different size dick. My only recommendation would be to possibly try edging (google it) to help build up a bigger...main event ;)

Sometimes I shoot, sometimes I dribble. Same with my boyfriend. I tend to shoot when I have a bigger load, so as someone mentioned before you can start up and stop again, or just wait a few days before jerking off again.

Well, as well as its being unique person to person, it also depends on the time you've gone without masturbating and your level of arousal.

The less you do it, the more comes out. So try waiting a couple days

As said, it depends on the person. Some shoot, some dribble. There isnt a way to 'make' yourself do it every time, but it may come with age.

I'm a big shooter, I always jerk until I'm about to cum then I slow way down and let it explode on its own. I don't push it out. I've shot over my head doing it this way.

i agree edging helps a lot. but it is for the most part, hereditary and can't be helped.
