Just found out my friend was shot!

Here i am having a decent day when my friend messages me on facebook, asking if i remember a student at an school my mom taught at. anyways my friend said check this out and sent me a link to cbs news report online, this is what happened

Nathan of St. Paul Park was taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder and assault on a police officer. The sheriff’s department said [Last Name] shot at police with a rifle and a shotgun, firing multiple times at officers. Neighbors say after tear gas was thrown into the house he came out, but refused to surrender. That’s when officers shot him.

I am thankful that he is alive, and i didnt post the whole story out of respect for him but if what i posted interests you tell me and i will post the web page with all the details.

To be completely honest, he kind of had a shooting coming his way, as he was shooting the cops himself. The cops shot back in self defense.

Yeah you can't really get much help here, people don't like supporting murderers. No offense, really, it's just the truth.

Wow, the other posters before me are really unsympathetic . yea he shot the cops, and i cant support what he did , unless he had a good reason.

wow that must be really painful to hear about this. really. but you say this was just someone who went to a school your mom taught at ? was he really your friend? did you know him actually?

but yea, the situation sucks, but just look at his situation;he's gonnna go to jail for a long time (which is ridiculous because had it been any non-cop he tried to shoot, he'd probabyl hardly get any time at all). and yea, his life is gonna suck, and for a really long time. so just think, at least you can feel glad that it isnt you going through this.
