can some one help me explain why my control panel won't come up this just stareted happening is thera any other possible way i can fix it becase i can't fix it without the control panel- please help this laptop is starting to work my last nerves:mad::)

You know, I would if you provided more information.
As much as I'd like to be, I'm not psychic.
You /HAVE/ to provide some more information if you want help.

Do any error messages come up?
Did you do anything prior to it not showing up?
Installed any new updates recently? If so, which ones?
Installed any new software recently? If so, what?
Have you done a FULL system virus scan recently? Also, what anti-virus software do you have?
How long has it been doing this?
Is there anything else you think could help me help you?


Also, if you go to Run (Windows key + R), type in 'control' then hit OK, see if the control panel pops up then.
