I will get my exam results in less than 11 hours from now and i cant sleep i cant eat my mind is going at 100 miles an hour and i really feel rather ill and i just cant do anything without thinking OMG. Its the only thing on my mind

First thing, which may be a tad obvious, is breathe. Actually put effort into it. You may think that you're already breathing but when panicking, your breathes become a lot shallower. Breathe and focus on it. As you do this, think of a colour that describes your panic and one that describes the calm you want. Breathe the panic out, the calm in. Think about doing this and ONLY this. And focus on the colours, not what they represent. If you think "panic", your first instinct will be to panic more. So say you choose red, focus on the red leaving and whatever else coming in.
I deal with anxiety almost everyday and this has helped me a lot in the past.
