how to get over heart break?

This guy was my life. Hebroke up with me. We were friends. He got a new girlfriend. He still meant alot to me. I got in a fight with him. He blocked me on fb. he unblocked me. He called me a bitch and said he was tired of being nice to me. I blocked him. Im wrecked..... :'(

Ive never been this sad before, everytime I hear or see something that vagually reminds me of him I start crying.

I cant live like this for much longer.

Oh. I experienced that before. When my Girlfriend Broke up with me because she had
someone else in mind. Well...I'm a guy so I didn't Cry or run around the room and start
going histerical but, How I got over it was.... I thought about happy memories I spent with
other people besides her. And it helped me a lot, oh and next day morning I went to my
Gym to work out, lift some weights and ran 10miles after tht... but thts me...
the happy memories work the best!!! It's ok...Life is hard :):)

aww im sorry :'( i felt the same way some time ago, i was seriously devestated for a while. but i mean, try to forget about him even if its really hard. Try to move on, or maybe if you find another guy that could take your mind off of him. Hope you feel better

Remind yourself that there are plenty of fish in the sea and that you are only 14. You will find someone new and you will find someone better. You're going to find someone who does not treat you like crap or call you names, and you will be happy again.

And for future reference, never make someone else your life. It puts too much pressure on them and the relationship.

The last time my heart was broken...I was pissed for no reason at all, I just sort of...got over it, I guess. If you see him at school just look at him the same way you did any other time and just think..."What the hell did I see in you?". It worked for me, I saw her everyday at swimming no matter how truly irritated I was.
