When is murder OK ?
What is difference between a persons breaking point and just outright murder ? I really want to know because a person can only get bullied or put down for so long until they have reached they're breaking point . Does that justify murder ?

Possibly, if there is enough evidence, probably.
Forgot what degree of murder it would be though...
Brb google.
Oh and murder is never ok, people have been arrested for cyberbullying.
Degrees of Murder in USA (Edit 1)
~From Wikipedia Mobile~
Hide Degrees of murder in the United States
States have adopted several different schemes for classifying murders by degree. The most common separates murder into two degrees, and treats voluntary and involuntary manslaughter as separate crimes that do not constitute murder.
First Degree Murder is any murder that is willful and premeditated. Felony Murder is typically first degree.[4].
Second Degree Murder is a murder that is not premeditated or planned in advance.[5]
Voluntary Manslaughter sometimes called a "Heat of Passion" murder, is any intentional killing that involved no prior intent to kill, and which was committed under such circumstances that would "cause a reasonable person to become emotionally or mentally disturbed." Both this and second degree murder are committed on the spot, but the two differ in the magnitude of the circumstances surrounding the crime. For example, a bar fight that results in death would ordinarily constitute second degree murder. If that same bar fight stemmed from a discovery of infidelity, however, it may be mitigated to voluntary manslaughter.[6]
Involuntary Manslaughter stems from unintentional, but reckless or criminally negligent behavior. A drunk driving-related death is typically involuntary manslaughter. Note that the "unintentional" element here refers to the lack of intent to bring about the death. All three crimes above feature an intent to kill, whereas involuntary manslaughter is "unintentional," because the killer did not intend for a death to result from his intentional actions.[7]
Edit 2:
Ok, suicide by bullying doesn't count as murder, perhaps if they would be telling the victim to drop dead, die, etc then that may be considered involuntary manslaughter.

murder is murder in my opinion. I think bullying is wrong, but still, nobody has the right to take a life away. :yeah:

When YOUR life is threatened, that is the only time the taking of someone else's life is allowable. Unless, of course, you are certifiably mentally unstable and cannot control yourself.
But first, second, and some forms of (in)voluntary manslaughter are all despicable and disgusting.

It all depends on the situation. Preplanned- no. its bad. Not planned- if you have your reasons...

The only time it'll ever be excused is if you are defending yourself. If you are at risk of being seriously harmed or killed, you may protect yourself. Not just to kill them though, but for instance if someone broke into your house and is attacking you, you have the right to shoot them or stab them or whatever, and will not be tried for murder. If you go out and kill someone calling you names then you'll have a more difficult time getting out of it...

^ Depends on the country. In the UK if you killed a burglar on your premises you would most probably be charged with manslaughter, I believe. Similarly if you caused injury to an intruder on your premises where it was not entirely justified, i.e. the intruder threatened you, you could potentially be charged with actual/grievous bodily harm.

Understood. I was simply stating that it was the law in the US, and citing an example of a country with a different law on the matter, not disagreeing or criticising at all.

in this situation you would be in the wrong legally, just because someone is bullying you doesnt give you the right to kill them, im 99% sure it would be second degree murder (which means in the heat of the moment). the only time killing would be justified, is if the person bullying you was threating your life. The law states that One is only allowed to use as much force as being used on you. Meaning if someone gets in a fist fight with you and you hit them with a bat or a rock in the head you could get in trouble now if he pulled a knife on you, you could take the knife stab him, or hit him with a bad because your life would be in danger. now say my friend "Swim" was in your situation and happened to reach his breaking point, swim would go to court for murder, swim could plea insanity and instead of get like 15-25/life sentence the insanity plea would send swim to a mental institution to be evaluated and sent for metal rehibilitation generally anywhere from a year to six years in the mental ward and then swim would be released.
"PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT IMFORMING YOU ON WHAT TO DO, I EXPLAIN THIS FOR EDUCATION PURPOSES ONLY!!! TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION AND EXPLAIN HOW IT COULD BE JUSTIFIED. MURDER IS ILLEGAL AND VERY STUPID DO NOT DO IT!!"
