Need info

Hey guys, today I got a "re-circumcision" and so far everything is going good but I have a few questions that I didn't think about asking the doctor because I was still out of it due to the anesthisia :P. Alright, my first question would be, what happens if I get an erection? I do have stiches but they are the desolvable ones. My second question is, the original gauze (is that spelled right?) is bloody in some parts but they said not to take it off for 48 hours unless it needs replaced, understandable, but this blood is just there, I'm not bleeding anymore so I'm curious whether or not to leave it or replace it. If you guys think I would be better off asking the doctor I can call him tomorrow which is why I came here now. Thanks in advance! :)

Uh, It sounds like it may be painful to have an erection. I have never undergone that procedure, and leave the gauze.

I would think that the physician has factored in the erection because they are so common and that the guaze (you spelled it correctly) if you are not bleeding I would not replace it until the 48 hours are up. If you start bleeding then I would change the guaze and call and let your physician know. Just leave a message with the nurse.
