You're probably right, about size. But not definitely. Perhaps you have larger testicles so your penis is effectively 'leaning' against them which makes it seem like it's pointing. Either way it might not change, so don't expect it to.

im the same, its probably like hair, shorter/lighter hair tends to stand up and long/heavy hair hangs down, just wait for your hair/penis to grow.

Logic seems to dictate that you are correct in your assumptions. But as Giles said, testicle size may be playing a part here as well. Just kind of look at you again and see...are your testicles prohibiting it from hanging -- I think you can tell pretty quickly, You will grow as well and it will not be as pronounced as it is right now either..
