Ingrown hairs on my junk

I get ingrown hairs on the lower part of my junk. They are not infected, but I have to pick at the skin to release the hairs. I shower 1-2 times a day, and scrub my junk, but I keep getting them. Is this common, and should I try something else to stop this?

I get them to and I'm very clean but I only get them after I shave... :/

Presumably this is because you shave, if not then correct me. If you're shaving when the hairs are still ingrown then you need to wait. Do what ever you feel that you need to do to get them out of your skin and then shave when it's all healed. If you continue shaving whilst they're still ingrown or the skin is broken then it's just going to happen over and over again.

I've had them before, but it's only been after I've shaved. So if that's what you do, make sure that while shaving you don't go against the grain of the hair or press down too hard. I also always use a fresh razor.
