How long will it take to develop my bicep muscle,i already have a bit of muscle ,and what routine would you reccomend

all i have is 5 kg dumbell

do step downs. start at like 20reps , take a 10 secong break do 19 10 seconds 18, 10 seconds and soo on

Your not gonna develop much with 5 kg but try preacher curls concentrated curls and Arnold curls, also your tricep is the muscle is the one that makes your arm look big the bicep just adds a peak so if you want big arms work on both. Try doing diamond push ups, tricep dips and close grip pull ups

Pushups or Pullups will do the trick for you, dumbels of 5kg not sure :)
