heres what you do, make a noose type knot in a piece of string, and have the other end tied to a brick, only have 4-6 inches or so between the noose part and the brick part, make sure there is enough string to go around the brick and to make the noose though! then take the noose part, and attach it to your penis, get it TIGHT.
