I've heard that they can trace your number and will send someone to your house if they think you're in danger. Is this true? What do they say to you? I'm trying to stop cutting so I thought about calling but I don't want my parents to find out.

Idk I'd say if it was just self harm this would be unlikely.
However I phoned suicidal and they broke confidentiality then, so jut don't say that :/
