i am scared to post this i am in need of support i a, 18 and a self harmer i have been on the streets latly i just got to my grandpas i feel like the only way to cope is cut i have no friends my age

i understand it's hard to not cut, but just try not to. if u get the urge just play with ur hands or something.

try finding an elastic band and ping it against you wrist ... its not the same, but it kinda works. Have you told your grandpa? And making friends of your age ... try going out somewhere ... like a bar or something. x

Working has saved me quite a few times, plus if you work somewhere like pizza hut or macdonalds you get to mix with a lot of people your own age and its a great way to meet new people
