This thread is about your teacher expiriences, good or bad.

I'll go first:
So last year in my science class my teacher wanted a student to make her a website. So I jumped on that(I was still a PHP noob then). Then I started hating her. So progress came to a grinding halt. Nothing happened from September until May. Then on the last day of school she spited me. She said "I really admire your coding skills, Thomas", and she gave me that look.

In 7th grade, I was in student government, and the teachers hated me....since I spent a lot of times talking to my friends... in 8th grade one of them actually was an algebra teacher ... I expected her to hate me, but instead she said she is glad that I'm in her class ...

Then I got a a C in algebra......

I've had a lot of awesome teachers. And a few horrible ones. My anatomy and physiology teacher, Mr. Sanchez was a complete dick. One time I had to do a project. I had to build an exact model of the human eye and label all the parts. It took me so long. But when I left it on his desk because I was leaving. He just left it there and someone destroyed it. He gave me a failing grade for irresponsibility. Another teacher, my economics teacher, Mrs. Hammity, was very rude and unsympathetic. It was one of those important days that always gets me down. It was my dad's birthday, who is gone, and I couldn't concentrate. Everything in my life at that time was just shit, and I remembr her saying something in my ear that I will never forget: "I don't care if your dad is dead or not, you will do this work."I refused to look at her, and she grabbed my arm. She is the only teacher who's ever been willing to lay a hand on me. I'm 6'1" and clock in at almost 200 pounds. I would have punced her.

Another would be Mr. Darron, who was my med term teacher. He was pretty rude. He told me I was a stupid person, and that one day, it'll get the best of me. But, he was a religious asshole.

In all, most of the teachers for my medical courses were horrible.

Ive had a year of mostly subs, so its been pretty good.
My english sub was the best teacher I have ever come across, I'd consider him a friend.
Sure, we Barely finished Hamlet and we have no notes, and we didnt cover any poets like we were meant to, but he talked to us about the important things. Physcology, the mind and stuff. Our year have been through a lot, we've lost students, friends and family members to suicide and he helped us all through him. Also, hes the first person to actually make me believe my writings any good. He gave me so much encouragment. I wish he'd come back this year. :(
In other news my Irish sub is a complete bitch and I'll probably fail my LC cos of her, :)

there's many. but probably my favorite was one my Algebra teacher last year, saying that EVERYONE in the class had A's and I'm the only one who was failing. She claimed she was awarded by the state of Florida A's the teacher will the best teaching method, AND she was teacher of the year for the state of Fl. In my mind she wasn't when she approached me and said for me to give up any hope of passing 10th grade. I proved that bi*** wrong cause I'm going into 11th this year. I knew that extra math credit from 8th grade would come in handy.

I have another:
This one is pretty good.

So last year I had a maths teacher, Mr. Soss, and he'd always be insulting the students.
But he didn't intend for those insults to be taken personally(you would always have a student somewhere that did, but they needed help).
I was one of his favourites, so he never picked on me. :D
The rest of the class were "zombie students", according to him.
I had a great maths course. :P

My Sophomore year I had a Reconnecting Youth teacher whom despised me. She liked the happy little jocks and preppy girls and boys whom were upperclassman. The class was all about learning to deal with addictions and depression and all that BS. She told us to drawl what depression looked like. I drew a picture of a girl jumping off a bridge. She YELLED andwI do mean YELLED at me about it, throwing a complete hissy fit. So I drew a bungee cord on the girls ankle. This happened rather often.

I have a few.
Mrs. Taber My 10th grade Biology teacher.
She was so hilarious. She would always be so energetic and make jokes, and over half the time she got off topic and started talking about her kids and Dr. Pepper. I remember this one time I was one of the first to show up to class and she said that it was really cold in the room, so I said "maybe you have a demon in here" and we all just started talking about ghosts and the paranormal and before we knew it, half the class time was over. Science was always a hard subject for me, but when I was in her class, I passed with a B+
It's a shame she left to go become a nurse.

Mr. Eckhart My 10th grade U.S. History teacher.
He was also hilarious! He would always yell out random things that just got the entire classroom laughing hysterically. And then he says things like "disco biscuits" and "put that in your facebook and twitter it" Oh good times :)

Mrs. Horrocks My 11th grade English teacher.
She was just absolutely crazy, in the best way possible. She did whatever she could just to get the class focused and laughing. She always would let us bring crackers to class every Friday. I remember this one time, this kid named Ryan brought a chocolate granola bar (and not crackers) and then she goes up to him and they start kung fu fighting (well, pretend fighting) But she did make ninja noises :D

I've never had a single horrible teacher. I'm lucky. so far all my teachers were pretty nice. some were better than others of course but none were too strict.

I've never had really bad teachers; well, they weren't mean to me, at least. All of the "bitch" teachers (that's what my friends called 'em) liked me for some reason, lol :P

EDIT: OHH but there was this one teacher last year who would only let someone go to the bathroom IF they stayed 10 minutes after school. And if they didn't on that day, the punishment would get consecutively worse (official detention, office, etc). And it was that time of day when everyone had to use the bathroom. She would give us the whole schpeel about how there's 5 minutes before every class and how she holds it in for hours at a time..

How could I forget my 7th grade year? I had the best teacher ever!
Ah yes, Ms. Stanley, she was a character.
She'd treat us as if we were kindergarteners. Kindergarteners!
I mean we would get homework with sums that when solved would give a letter, and we had to fill in the answer to a "joke".
God, I hated her, as did 34/35 of the class. Yes, she had one supporter. Sad kid. Oh well.

Well I had this Cisco teacher Mr. Gomez. And he was pretty alright. We had block scheduling and he was one of the reasons why I liked A days more than B days. After spring break he would allow us to play Return to Castle Wolfenstein and later the first Call of Duty after finishing our work. Twas awesome :P

And I had this art teacher who was pretty awesome. I could talk to him like sort of a friend, I was one of the few reasons why he liked this class :P

Oh and I had this one teacher that said that the KKK was out to get us all. O.o

Awesome

I had an english teacher last year but he was also the football coach. About half the class were football players so they always talked sports and we all hardly did any work.

I had an awesome Social Studies teacher in 8th grade. He would complain about Snookie and how she gets payed more than teachers for going on TV and being a dumbass. x) Also he told us about this torture museum and how during the witch trials to admit to being a witch they would torture people, and he told us about these giant tweezers to rip people's nipples off. x_X Then he said: "Man if I was blamed for being a witch back then, I'd be like, 'Okay! Okay! Yes! I danced naked in the woods, yes I saw Satan, just please don't stick that in me!'"
