I am 13 and a boy and I love this girl but when we where playing truth over phone she asked me who i like and i told her that I liked her but she said oh well we cant date cause we are like bestfriends so idk if i should ask her out... I am taking her to kennywood soon and i made her a present (neckalace) and I dont know if i shouuld ask her out at kennywood.

Look, girls, especially at this age, are VERY complicated! If she says you guys are best friends and can not date, she is either nervous, OR doesnt want to ruin a great friendship. My advice is to take it slow, but still show interest. These things at our age take time, dont rush man. Though, if you really really think you want to give her the necklace, go for it! :)

Take it slow, and maybe if you're outrageously nice to her you can appease her enough to go out with you. But just think about whether you're willing to possibly jeopardize your friendship.

My best friend asked me out and i said yes but i reliezed it didnt work out cuz i didnt want to ruin the friendship we had and when we kissed it felt awkard cuz we new everything about eachother .. so we both agreed to just be best friends..... maybe its different for you but thats my expierencencee...
