You cant get an STI from it just being on your skin, STI = Sexually Transmited Infection... i.e. you can only get an STI off someone else through sex.

Well I don't think you would like to drink or let someone cum on you because of many un-known diseases they could possibly have.. so unless they get a medical exam for STDs and all other transmittable diseases, I HIGHLY suggest you don't let anyone do either of those.

As for precum, you really don't want to swallow or let it get on your face because it has acids from urine in it, which I don't think you want to taste or have on your face ;)
