Try logging out, clearing your cookies and cache, and try a different browser if you can. Also are you on a computer or mobile device?

it loads on an Ipad and an iphone and some other mobiles depending on age and netwrok and brand also it loads on PS3-->(i think)

To OP try clearing cookies and then try on a diffrent web browser

Psp barely barely works online anyway. Before my PSP couldnt even open th web browser, it was very difficult to browse with. My iPod is fantastic. :)
