i used to suffer from depression, and though i'm having some slight problems again now it's not like it was a couple years ago. i wasn't suicidal, but i did hit my own rock bottom at one point.

and if you feel like you've hit your rock bottom, take it from me, it's actually an accomplishment. because one you hit rock bottom (and you'll know when you do), there's no where to go but up.

just a small piece of advice to anyone feeling down.

I absolutely love that saying. Ive heard it before and actually got it put on my wall. It's definitely a good reminder when you have those days where you are just falling. It's something i kept saying to myself during my recovery and i still remind myself of that with any of my bad days or experiences. So true..no where to go but up. :)

it really is true. a lot of people don't believe it, but i can say from experience it's quite true.

You're right..because the only thing below rock bottom is 6 feet under..so you'll be alright
