Its a mental thing, like Derri said, just do other stuff...find something else to occupy your time, eventually you can at least slow down..not sure about total quitting tho... as your body will expel it with wet dreams if it has to

I remember when I wanted to stop masturbating. I thought it was bad and no one else did it. Let me assure you that 95% of all guys masturbate at one time in their life time. I couldn't stop and then I learned that all my friends masturbated and it was ok. Masturbation does not make you a bad person. You may think its "Not correct" but it is a healthy way to relieve sexual pressure or something like that.

It is important to recognize the times of the day that you feel the urge most to do it. You need to fill those periods with something else that is engaging. Also, lots of exercise will help big time
