i'm an 18 y/o male, for about 10 years ive had a constant urge to gag. when it first started i was always vomiting every time i gagged but now i just gag. i stopped eating and leaving the house because of it but i learnt to cope with it after a few years. it comes and goes but when it comes back i have it for months. things like a blocked nose, eating after being hungry for a while, coffee or things around my neck, crowded places and lots more set it off. ive been to the doctors and i they thought it was a nervous thing and prescribed me with some powdery stuff to eat.. that never helped though. i really need to know what it is because theres so many things i cant do because of it... HELP
