Endorphins are released in the brain which give a feeling of happiness or comfort, as your genitals are being massaged.

Also if it didnt feel good then we would die out because no one would want to reproduce in the first place.

No you see alot of people jack off, It is true. but the people that have sex and are serious about it do it because they want to have a baby, which is truly a wonderful thing.
