I am 13 and my penis is about 4.5 in when hard. My penis didnt start growing until right before i turned 13. My questions:
1. Is this good for my age? (is it small, big, or average)
2. Will it grow more?

It depends how do you intend to define good. But looking at that measurement, i believe its relatively decent.

You will definately grow more for that matter, you have just began your journey into puberty, just like me! :)
There will be alot more changes to expect from now on.

Normal, and yes. I'm just over 7 and 17. At your age, I doubt I was as big as you r now.

You sound about average, if not a little bigger for your age. You probably will grow more because you're 13 and likely in the early stages of puberty but there is a chance that your penis won't grow any more.

thats on the larger side of normal. your lucky, when i was 13 i was smaller then that.. but in 2 years it grows alot. trust me on that one :).

You will definitely grow more as you get older. And you are about the same as me and I'm 13, and I've heard its a little more than average (seeing as some 13 y/o here aren't truthful.)
