Thats actually a really normal thing. Im a female so i dont really get that kind of urge, but men tend to like breaking things because of the control. Dont be ashamed of it. Thanks for the advice, i think that it is the need for control. I don't think a punching bag would help any. It is the act of actually causing things to stop working that seems to be the turn on. (thus the feeling of control)

Probably not a bad idea, but the only problem is that I really think that it's more of the actual breaking than the feeling strong part. Unfortunately it's rather expensive compared to a punching bag.

I am capable of resisting, but sometimes I just enjoy it so much that I don't even care if it cost some money.
