Coming up in the next few days I have a physical coming up. I am nervous about getting a boner. Help?!?

When I has my first physical I was scared I was gonna get a boner too. But I didn't :D. Maybe you wont either. ^_^
He shouldn't spend that much time down there, just dont think about it and it'll be over soon. :)

I've never had it happen during a physical. I've had some friends who have though. I mean somebody is touching you in your favorite place so I can see how it would happen. I wouldn't worry tho. I'm sure these people have seen it all. They're just doin a job. However, if you really are worried about it just think of old, fat men. That should help :)

i got a boner during my physical and my doctor could tell i was incredibly embarrassed. she ignored it at first, but then said to me it's a natural reaction and it showed my stuff is working right. so if you do get a boner, just know they understand and it proves your body is working how it's intended to work. i didn't get one until they checked my testicles and it was that stimulation that caused me to get hard.

it was a sports physical, if that matters.

I've always been worried about this happening as well, but I've found that during the physical examination I'm so nervous about the doctor finding something horribly wrong with me (a tumor, some incurable disease, etc.) that sex is the LAST thing on my mind haha But I'm also sure that even if I did get a chubby or a full on erection, they've probably been in situations like that before and would be professional about it.

Just try to think of something else for the short amount of time that it takes for him to just check to make sure your normal.

Everyone get's boners, including me. Even in a physical. It's totally normal.

I had them before, I was scared the first time too. But, I was too nervous to even think about what he was doing and the fact that his fingers was down there. You'll be okay, unless you have a sexy doctor!! I doubt that!!

I was always concerned too....normally i am too scared about getting one that it never happens...if it does it isn't that big a deal because they prob see them all the time.
