I got caught...

This is really hard to say cause I've been REALLY ashamed for the past few years but..
I'm pretty much a porn addict... I look at it every day and masturbate...
Both my parents are horrible at computers so I figured they'd never find out, but they did... They are divorced and I got caught at BOTH houses. My dad banned me from the computer for a while and I stopped doing it over there. But at my moms she said it was okay and that its normal to be curious. But I'm not really curious! I'm becoming an expert at porn... I know over 30 sites off the top of my head and I can't stop..

Now its really weird around her for me... she seems to act normal but I can't get that night that she told me she knew out of my head..
What should I do???

Ok, sounds like you need to just get outside. I'll be really easy if you take a load off...run around, shoot hoops, go to the library...

But really, if you get out you'll see how beautiful of a world we got. How fun it is. You can look at porn every-once-in-awhile, maybe ever week or couple days...and if you really want to stop, you're gonna have to take some actions, not keep thinking about it! :D
