I did a lil bit of reading around and it could be that you may have high blood pressure, and it's causing the headaches. Other people say that it could be a lack of oxygen (like if you're not breathing enough) and masturbating slower and much more relaxed could help. There was this other thing called "coital cephalalgia" -- I'll post a wiki link.

I suppose you could try taking a week or two off and see if it returns, but you're absolute BEST bet would be talking to a doctor and letting him/her check you out. It may be embarrassing to ask your parents to go (trust me, I know) but just say you need to see the doc.

are you holding your breath when your masturbating or when you're cumming? Sometimes I find myself holding my breath and even building up some pressure (if that makes any sense)... so afterwards my head aches a little bit from that. Maybe that is causing your headaches??

Yeah it also happened to me like two or three times like a year or two ago.. I believe what the others have said could be reasons why you can get a headache. Give it a week or so and see if it went away if it keeps being persistent then you should ask the doctor when you go for a physical or something. :D
