Just feel like I'm going to collapse. Is it the hot weather?

probably also you may have low iron levels whitch is in realtion to have a decreased ammount of blood cells so you could be anemic....If this keeps up i suggest you go to your doctor better safe than sorry

--------------------

I dont think it will be the weather maybe dizzy and light headed ----> dehidration (not sure of spelling) but chances are flutters in the pulse is probably diffrent

Do you think it might be a heart condition or something serious like that? It's causing me to panic.

Honestly, I went through a stage of my life and am slowly returning to it where I was exhausted, could barely stand for more than a few minutes, always felt dizzy and had moments where my vision completely disappeared from headrushes...

I did tests and a ton of them and I was completely fine. What I found was causing it was a) my eating disorder. I was (and still am) lacking in the food and nutrients I need and it causes a severe drain on me. Eating properly can help as well as staying hydrated throughout the day. B) heat causes severe problems for me if I don't drink enough water.

Another thing could be that you're not sleeping properly? A restful sleep helps with how you feel physically throughout the day. I've collapsed due to not sleeping as well as sleeping but not resting. Like... I'd dream so much that it was more like I was still awake.

Speak to a doctor if you're really concerned but just glance back at the last few days and look at your basic habits and see if anything could be changed for the better and see how that affects you. Also, vitamins sometimes help.

Dehydration. Drink about eight, eight ounce glasses of water a day.
