Travis Is Losing It

Ok so i just fialed at months of not cutting and i'm not sure if they need medical attention or not. And I don't want to show my friends parents (im living with my friend for 6 months since i was kicked out) and i'm wondering if its against rules to post a picture of it because I need a secound opinion because these cuts really hurt more then i have before. there is seriously around 50 on the top of my forearm. they have been disinfected by rubbing alcohol and neosporin.
