OK
So here is my issue...
I need to know what are some exercises that I can do to lose weight specifically in the chest.
I've been playing basketball a lot lately and I've noticed a bit of weight loss in my stomach, but my man boobs are still pretty much the same size lol.
Any ideas?

I saw on The Doctors tv show I believe that you can't lose weight specifically in one area..you lose it in general..so maybe your stomach was smaller than your chest to begin with your so..do a lot of cardio and then build muscle in your chest..with whatever remaining size..muscle burns fat

If you build muscle on your chest before losing weight, it will just make you look fatter because the fat will be on top of the muscle. So keep doing cardio exercises, then you can build muscle when there is less fat.

Yeah I've known that. Once I get back to 190-200 lbs I was going to start weight lifting again as well

Push ups are the best exercise to build the chest muscles. It also helps you to give the strengthen your chest as well as your back shoulder muscles.
