The upcoming football season will start as planned. My favorite team for life is the pittsburgh steelers & its going to be a exciting season. Nfl Football camp starts this sun & pre-season games start in a few weeks or so. If you're a steelers fan heres the 2011 schedule. The BIG game of the regular season will be on sun oct 30 in pittsburgh vs the pesty new england pats. Tom brady has always man handled the steelers well (49-26 win last yr) but hopefully that all changes on halloween eve. As long as the steelers stay healthy anything is possible incl another trip to the superbowl.

Blah on the Steelers... :-) But I am glad you have your own team...
Being a native "Hoosier" I will again be rooting for the Colts (AFC) and the Bears (NFC). But I definitely dislike the Pats and Jets..and will be happy if neither of these teams make it far into the playoffs.
I am glad football is back....

The steelers play the colts on sunday night football in indy on sept 25th. The pats are a good team & play pitts on oct 30th. I just hope the steelers get to brady big time unlike last season when the pats creamed pitts 49-26.

Yes! A steelers fan! Haha. After what's happened this offseason though I probably won't watch them too often. But it will be an exciting season... Hopefully.

With all the free agent/trade movement this year it ought to be an interesting season. They may not be the most popular picks but my two teams I root for are: the Miami Dolphins and the 49ers. :)

Agree except the Dolphins and 49ers.
Lots of off season moves will definitely make it interesting.
Eagles def made some great moves...chemistry will be their issue (if they have any) they sure put themselves in a position to possibly make a deep run into the playoffs and possibly win it all.
Pats= Uggg keep 85 and headcase from the Redskins. I'm not a FAN
Jets= Loudmouth and arrogant. I feel sorry for LT (a real class act on a classless team with an even more classless coach).
From the surface it appears the AFC still have more "quality" teams that are capable of winning it all.
Let the season begin !! :-) Welcome Back NFL

I have to say though we have our rivalries we can all agree on one huge thing... We have our football!!! With that aside, I feel the Eagles, my team, will have a strong team, with one of if not the best defenses in my opinion, I can see this being an amazing year. I have to say I don't love the Patriots, past SuperBowl experience, and I love to see them and the Jets lose. Just like the Yankees, I have to say most of their fans are fair-weather fans, with the exception of a few (not to offend anyone). I can't wait for this year of NFL, should be interesting.
