No, of course everyone doesn't have an erection. A few people might get them every now and again.

thats like saying everyone has the same underwear it may happen but generally its not common for everyone to have a boner some might some some wont

No boners in a locker room are the same as boners outside of one. They happen sometimes and not all the time. Also, there are different triggers: Random thought; attraction; focused thought, etc. If it happens don't sweat it.

Not everyone. When I first went into one I thought I would get one but turned out I didn't so I was glad, didn't want the embarrassment.

Obviously not everyone, But a few people now and then will get boners in locker rooms. People will get them for different reasons. They could be gay, bi-sexual or just get a random boner. Everyone is different, I myself have gotten the odd boner in the locker rooms and went and jacked it off.
