Over protective

last week i had a dream and in my dream my left testicle was hurt really badly (That sounded weird) and when i woke up i feel i was over protective in that area, was it my dream or is it a problem? It didnt really hurt when i woke up.

it was proberbly a dream and if they continue to hurt when ur awake then be worried but if it was only that time then dont worry especially through puberty they do ache from time to time (growing pains ) :)
