Worrying too much?

hey guys lately ive been feeling guilty when i do my "business" (when i mean lately i mean last week) i have really felt bad about it, and feel its wrong as well as thinking someone is watching me. Should i feel bad, i only started J/O becasue of puberty obviously and the urges. But the thing is i feel really guilty about it and was wondering if anyone feels the same and know if theres anything u can do about it? :confused:

No, you shouldnt feel guilty, its a perfectly normal thing to do, everyone does it, don't worry its not bad.

I used to get that same feeling and always would feel guilty mostly because society has put a taboo on things like that. All you have to do is tell your conscience to fuck off, that it feels good, and there isn't a damn thing wrong with it!

I think it may happen at one time or another to everyone. We are taught form a young age not to touch yourself and it is wrong or whatever. Depending on how you were raised-- this could be one extreme to the other...
Basically, it isn't wrong and you just need to get over it...All guys have and will do it..

Firstly, it is nothing wrong you are doing to start with, hence im sure as long as you are doing it in an entirely private space, no one would be watching you.

Its very normal to go on a guilt trip after doing it, but these feeling will soon fade as you grow older.

Just make sure when you are doing it, be in a very private space and everthing will be alright :)

It's completely normal, so tell that to yourself. Some religious people or with a religious family think that it's wrong for that reason. Either way some people do feel guilty after wards and that's just how it is.

I hate when people think they are bad for doing this, its just a natural human instinct but religious institutions try to make teens feel like they are doing something wrong which honestly repulses me. Dont feel guilty its a natural human instinct at our age and at pretty much any age after puberty.

Uh, yes i have had a few mood swings but not many. And i know theyre mood swings because i was not myself.
