You really aren't that late to start. A lot of boys start around 14:)

Your body has it's own clock, youl start when its ready. Besides puberty hits anywhere between 9-16. Nothings wrong your body just hasn't started yet. And if you start to feel worried or anything you can always see a doctor :)

I know it would be awkward, but if you don't start sometime when you are 14 you should ask you parents to take you to a doctor just to make sure you are a late bloomer and there isn't a problem. Or you could just ask the doctor at your next visit if you are too uncomfortable to ask your parents. If you've had any height or shoe size changes recently it could be that you've started puberty, but are just starting at a different stage.

Agree..no need to get freaked out... just wait it out it will come... no one can know for sure when it will start with them, it just does
Doc is always an option (embarrassing sometimes, but may be needed to ease your mind) -- so you wont freak out

Your just a little late, but like everyone else here has said, everyone has there own time. Don't worry.

I agree with all the above comments. I know "don't worry" doesn't seem to help much, but really take that advice. You will grow and you will mature and all will be well. Different ways and stages for everyone is just how it is. Don't sweat it man! :)
