Yeah he's amazing, he has like a million covers on there and medleys too, though I think those are the only acapella's I've found.

Just remembered this guy who does all acapella covers:

I'd like to consider myself quite the a cappella aficionado :D I was in three groups that I created at my high school.

So is this Acapella a genre?

A cappella is kind of a genre, but moreover just a way of interpreting music, because a cappella covers can include R&B, Soul, Pop, Reggae, Ska, Rock, Hip Hop, Rap, Punk, Jazz, Gospel, Barbershop and more. Mash ups are also really popular in a cappella.

In my mind, a cappella runs along the same lines as "acoustic" or "instrumental" - it's just a cover, but way more awesome than the rest.

Here are some of my favorites. Don't worry about how long the videos are, at least listen to some of each!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cf2rsG68qMs - How Low, Strange Fruit/A Change Is Gonna Come, Supermassive Black Hole - Vanderbilt Melodores

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tm0nNiSBBqA - Crazy Ever After, USC SoCal VoCals

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWeR7yNouBU - Breakeven -Berklee Pitch Slapped

By the way, a cappella is better with headphones, so you can hear the parts of the complex texture of the arrangements.
