Friction-- as stated above use lube/lotion/Vaseline..something
Pain inside? - Unusual discharge? See Doc
Slow down and try not too do as often..wait a few days and see if the pain goes away -- you may be on it too much

That amount shouldn't cause pain, but if you were pretty vigorous and you did it twice then maybe that explains it. If it happens again then you might want to lay off masturbating for a while in general and then after that don't be so vigorous. If it continues you might want to go see a doctor.

Edit: Just read your other thread and I'm not surprised it's hurting, if you're rubbed some of the skin off.
